| Original Review comments: Toilets upstairs - but with
newspapers! Handy for the
bus-stop. Not a great atmosphere, but
cheap and convenient Re-assessed comments: Cheap real ales (See blog post on guest ales). Drunk old man providing amusement. Quite warm. TV with mis-alligned subtitles. Very broad appeal. Re-re-assessed comments 09/03/2009: Looking a bit tired now - time for a re-vamp? Nice historic feature-ettes on the walls for the tourists. Re-re-reassessed comments 04/08/2010: Everything you'd want in a bar but lacks atmosphere. TVs have moved and there is now a community board. Beware of table 63 - very sticky on this visit! |
